Many high schools around Northern Nevada are holding college signing ceremonies for athletes this month, with about 80 Northern Nevada athletes signing letters of intent to continue competing in sports after high school. Bishop Manogue, Damonte Ranch, Galena, Reno, McQueen, Reed, Spanish Springs and Sparks high schools are all holding signing ceremonies this month. The Reno, McQueen, Spanish Springs and Sparks held their ceremonies on Wednesday while Damonte Ranch and Galena will have theirs on Thursday.
